火災発生時における災害弱者救助シミュレーション
Computer Simulation of Rescue Action for Handicapped Person in Case of Fire Hazard

Abstract
 Optimum rescue and evacuation assistance of helpers (self-defensive fire fighters) in case of fire hazard are analyzed through computer simulation, by which several effective countermeasures are proposed to save handicapped persons staying at hospital or special care home for aged.
 Simulation is carried out assuming a midnight fire from a viewpoint of software-oriented countermeasures, and efficient and sure behavior are analyzed to rescue many handicapped persons as soon as possible by helpers of limited number.
 From the result of computer simulation, it is concluded that following points are significant for effective evacuation:
1) to start evacuation at the room nearest to the source of fire; 2) to make a pair of helpers perform rescue action; 3) to complete evacuation surely room by room and never leave a handicapped person alone in a room.
